Welcome to the Helena Outdoor Club!

The Helena (Montana) Outdoor Club was created in 1972 and is for everyone, regardless of age. We are over one hundred outdoor enthusiasts who like to hike, backpack, kayak and canoe, XC ski, telemark & alpine ski, snowshoe, explore caves, ride road & mountain bikes, spend weekends in rented National Forest Cabins, and smell the flowers along the way. Volunteers organize and guide our trips.

We offer a monthly newsletter featuring planned trips around Helena and beyond, as well as beautiful slideshow presentations about adventures in Montana and around the world.
